Training Mentor
Job duties
As a training mentor for end-store training, the mentor represents the company’s image and shoulders the responsibility of improving sales and performance. The training mentor must be familiar with the company’s various projects and instruments, become a professional consultant for customer beauty and skincare, and be a technical expert in equipment usage. They are the link between the company and customers, and ensure the completion of various indicators.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a training instructor or lecturer in the beauty industry;
- Practical skills in diploma and certificate that are locally certified in Australia;
- Good communication skills, sales skills, and professional ethics;
- Strong learning ability and proactive in researching the business.
Senior Beautician
Job duties
Senior beauticians are responsible for providing customers with skin analysis and care, as well as beauty and body care services.
Senior beauticians must be proficient in installing beauty equipment and performing beauty care operations according to requirements, procedures, and performance, maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, providing customers with satisfactory care services, and having certain sales abilities.
Job requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in beauty and equipment operation, with good technical skills;
- Aged between 18 and 38 years old, with a good image and temperament;
- Strong communication and understanding ability, with good service awareness and teamwork spirit;
- Willing to learn product knowledge and professional skills, and actively strive for self-improvement.
Senior Laser technician
Job duties
Senior laser technicians are responsible for providing customers with skin care and beauty services.
Senior laser technicians must be proficient in installing beauty equipment and performing photoelectric beauty care operations according to requirements, procedures, etc., have a sense of disinfection, maintain a clean and tidy working environment, and accurately analyze customers’ skin.
